The trading house is a good way to give and receive items without using Psymail.

How to Get

Public Trade Offers

  • Cost: Increases with each active trade and inflation (0 for the first one, 12 for the second, 24 for the third, etc.)
  • Limitations: No limit on number of active trades
  • Player can submit multiple items up for trade
  • Other players might place bids of other items
    • Bid notifications are marked by newtrade.png
  • Trade offer ends when player accepts a bid
    • With a completed trade, items appear in respective Incoming or Storage settings, and m is added to on-hand moneys
    • With a cancelled trade, items return to respective Incoming or Storage locations, and m is added to on-hand moneys

Old Public Trades

  • Cost: Free
  • Limitation: One public trade per Resident
  • Player can submit one or multiples of an item and ask for one or multiples of another item
  • Players can no longer add trades via the old public trades system

Private Trading

  • Cost: Free
  • Limitation: One private trade per Resident
  • Trading between player and another Resident
  • Player can mark him/herself as anonymous to the receiving Resident
  • Steps
    • Player must "Propose Trade" dotrade.gif to second Resident
    • Resident must "Negotiate Trade" newtrade.png with proposed items, on hand m, or nothing; or can "Cancel Trade"
    • Player can then "Accept Trade" or "Cancel Trade"
    • With a completed trade, items appear in respective Incoming or Storage settings, and m is added to on-hand
    • With a cancelled trade, items return to respective Incoming or Storage locations
