Why do I have to wait 24 hours before signing up for events?
- The reason you must wait 24 hours is to prevent a similar kind of event abuse, in which a user hosts an event, but because of the size does not have enough pets to fill the event. The obvious "solution" is to create lots of dummy accounts and sign up the weak, level 1 pets, then let the account die. By making you wait 24 hours, this mitigates that behavior.
Why can't I sign up my pets for an event I host?
- This is to prevent event abuse.
- If I allowed users to sign up their own pets, residents would host events intended only for their pets. It's a cheap and easy way to level your pets, and I'm strongly against it, therefore residents cannot sign up their own pets.
- Of course, you could still sign up pets in another account that you own. There's unfortunately not a lot that I can do about that.
