Combat Rank

  • All players begin at Combat Rank 1 with 0 Rank Points
  • There is a minimum of a Combat Rank of 0 and 0 Rank Points

The Battle

Who Wins a Fight

When two Airships battle, the Airship that has the highest value (after all the above buffs are tallied up) in two out of three of the following match-ups wins:

  • attacker's Attack vs. defender's Defense
  • attacker's Defense vs. defender's Attack
  • attacker's Special vs. defender's Special

Since you do not know the opponent Airship's stats in advance, you have to just try and hope for the best. Once you've found an opponent you can beat, you're set (until they upgrade/change their Airship, of course).

An Example

An Airship with Attack 2, Defense 3, and Special 5 attacks an Airship with Attack 0, Defense 6, Special 4.

  • The attacker loses in Attack vs. Defense (2 < 6)
  • The attacker wins in Defense vs. Attack (3 > 0)
  • The attacker wins in Special vs. Special (5 > 4)

Since the attacker won two out of three match-ups, the attacker is the overall winner. If the attacker only wins one out of three match-ups and draws in the other two, the result will be a stand-off.

How rank is affected

When a player attacks and wins:

  • the attacker gains 1 Rank Point
  • the defender loses 1 Rank Point, unless they lost a rank point less than 1 hour ago

When a player attacks and loses:

  • nothing happens
  • their opponent has discovered new prey
