The Help Desk is found in City Hall and is a general starting point for new players. It explains the basics of psypets and gives links to other help sources such as the Wiki.
The Help desk also plays a role in the Ki Ri Kashu Quest and is where you go to claim the Novice, Junior, Two-Year, Veteran, Senior, and Expert Badges.
